Sky Martial Arts Simi offers Taekwondo, Hapkido, Ho Shin Moo Do, Cardio Kickboxing, and a Physical Fitness Program, along with personal training. The Flying Tigers program focuses on children between the ages of 3 and 5 years old and helps children enhance motor skills, the ability to follow directions, and the ability to socialize with other children. According to parents and teachers, children in the Flying Tigers program are better prepared than their peers when they enter preschool, kindergarten, and elementary school, and the kids program is described as perfect for children with physical and developmental disabilities. The adult program combines power of body and mind to increase energy, discipline, and fitness, and adult classes provide a total body workout which improves fitness and reduces stress.
