The Rockademy Music Lessons and Rock Band Program

The Rockademy Music Lessons and Rock Band Program offers individual instrument lessons in acoustic and electric guitar, bass guitar, vocals, keyboard and piano, ukulele, and drums. The program also includes a Rock Band Program with band development, songwriting, rehearsal space, performance, demo production, and recording and studio lessons that cover various software and studio setup guidance.

• Ages: 5–18 years old

The Rockademy Music Lessons and Rock Band Program offers Solana Beach music lessons for all ages, with programs offered year around. Participants have the option to take individual lessons and/or join a band and perform at one of the seasonal concerts, and all bands create and learn a set of their favorite songs to perform for family and friends at the end of the season. The Rockademy was founded in 2011.

The Rockademy Music Lessons and Rock Band Program is led by professional musicians who provide a structured, practical, and fun approach to playing music. The leadership team includes James Couzens, a drum instructor, vocalist, and professional musician who began working with the bands that his drum students played in.
