Summer Music, Dance, & Theater Camps

Summer Music, Dance, & Theater Camps offers week-long camps that include specific options such as Ukulele Rockstar, Rock Band, Rock Band Legends, Orchestra Explorers, Music Explorers, and Audio Engineering. Campers can also join dance camps like KPOP Dance Party, Swift Moves: Dance to the Hits, Descendants Dance Crew, Wicked Steps: A Dance Adventure, Pop Princess Moves, Dance: Travel to Oz, and Dance: KPOP & Hip Hop Dance Off, as well as theater camps Theater Experience 1: Travel to Oz! and Theater Experience 2: Broadway Bound, plus Choir - Sing It Out!. Each camp runs for 5 days and focuses on a single theme or activity from the schedule.

• Ages: 5–15 years old
• Schedule: Each camp meets for 5 days, 3 hours per day, with morning and afternoon options and a 30-minute lunch break available between back-to-back camps.

Encore Music & Performing Arts, which runs these camps, was founded by a California credentialed music teacher with years of teaching and performing experience. The founder, Rebecca Carr, is an accomplished musician with multiple degrees in Music Education, piano, and voice, as well as a California teaching credential, and has years of education and teaching experience in both voice and piano. The school offers training for the Royal School of Music Exams (ABRSM), a London-based program with more than 600,000 students participating each year in over 93 countries. Encore Music & Performing Arts also arranges informal performance opportunities at retirement homes, coffee shops, and community events, and holds formal recitals twice a year along with a rock concert in the summer and other performance opportunities throughout the year.
