Young Stars Theatre Academy Camp

Young Stars Theatre Academy offers theatre workshops during the school year. It also offers spring camps, summer camps, and winter camps for ages 6-18.

About the provider

Program director Gloria Bennett produced her first theatre camp in the summer of 1997. Since then, she has produced more than 50 camps and nearly 250 shows. The program statement is: “Igniting Passion, Building Confidence, & Cultivating Performance.”

Membership Company Young Stars Theatre Academy Company Membership is granted by invitation only, after completing a show with YSTA. Membership dues are $75 each month. Members should participate in work hours when called to help out (and available), attend monthly meeting days as much as possible, help create and maintain guidelines, help organize and participate in fundraisers, maintain a positive, professional, and supportive atmosphere, and sign up to be on and participate in activities for at least one committee.
