ILDO Taekwondo offers Little Warriors for ages 4–7, the Junior Program for ages 7–12, Teens & Adults for ages 13 and up, and a Special Team by invitation. The program schedule lists 36 classes every week, Monday through Friday, with most students training two to three classes a week, and all class times in the afternoon or evening. Little Warriors meets Monday through Thursday from 3:40–4:10 pm, with Little Warriors 2 on Monday and Wednesday from 5:45–6:15 pm.

About the provider
The school was founded in Sunnyvale by Master Joowon Lee. Master Lee has over a decade of teaching experience and is a Kukkiwon-certified 6th Dan black belt and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu blue belt. He is a U.S. National Champion, multiple-time California State Champion, and medalist at the U.S. Open, Korea Open, and World Taekwondo Hanmadang. From 2014 to 2016, KOICA appointed him as a national Taekwondo master to Tanzania, where he trained the Tanzania Police Academy and the Tanzania National Taekwondo Team, developed curriculum, taught Taekwondo and police self-defense, and trained police instructors.
