Soaring Eagles is a comprehensive before and after school heritage program. The program emphasizes cultural education, physical fitness, nutrition, and the overall health and well-being of its students, and it operates as a supplement to the course curriculum at accredited LAUSD sites in its services. It provides a physical, mental, and emotional stable cultural environment for children.
