Southeast Ventura County YMCA Summer Camps

Southeast Ventura County YMCA Summer Camp offers Base Camp, Adventure Camp, Leadership-in-Training, Expo Camp, Counselors-in-Training, Preschool Mini Camp, and Summer Sports Camp. Conejo Valley YMCA activities include water play, archery, field games, nature and hikes, plus indoor space for STEM, arts and crafts. Summer Sports Camp has a different sports-themed focus each week.

About the provider

The Southeast Ventura County YMCA says its first Y began in 1964. Its mission is to build relationships, impact lives, and strengthen the community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Y also says it provides opportunities to give back and support neighbors.

Summer camp is held at two locations: Conejo Valley YMCA in Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley Family YMCA at Atherwood Elementary School sites. Simi Valley camp locations listed include Atherwood Elementary and White Oak Elementary. Conejo Valley camp notes that bus transportation is available to and from the Yarrow Family YMCA daily for a fee. The page states no extended care is available before or after the stated transportation times. Yarrow Family YMCA offers Preschool Mini Camp and Sports Camp, with no camp June 29 and July 3.
