Encore Gym

Encore Gym offers weekly gymnastics classes for kids, along with Performance Teams for those who want a more focused gymnastics experience. The program also hosts Summer Camps and Day Camps, as well as Birthday Parties that can include activities like Climbing Walls and indoor active playtime for kids. Families can also use the gym’s Climbing Walls and indoor active playtime options during appropriate program offerings.

Encore Gym operates in a 23,000 sq ft, custom-built, air-conditioned facility in the Shadelands SportsMall. Gay Gerlack first opened Encore Gym in 1983, and the staff training program has evolved over more than 40 years in the gymnastics business. Every staff member goes through this comprehensive training program, and the gym states that it places a high priority on keeping families and staff healthy and free of germs. The program also offers chat support during business hours.

One parent shared that gymnastics at Encore has taught their child “not just balance and body control, but listening, following directions, waiting turns, etc.” Another parent described their family as an “Encore family for 9 years” and plans to sign up a third child. Other feedback notes that instructors are “exceptional with kids” and that this is one child’s “favorite thing to do each week.”
