Wheel Kids East Bay Summer Camps offers Adventure Riding Camp, Camp Cruisin’, Lil’ Cruisers, and Two Wheelers Club, with on- and off-road riding, on-bike training and practice, and off-bike opportunities to play. Camp options include an introduction to bike camp, learn-to-ride sessions, chances to improve on fundamentals, and advanced on- and off-road riding. Participants work on obtaining balance and coordination needed to ride on two wheels and on mastering fundamentals of starting, stopping, and controlled forward movement, while exploring and having fun.
• Ages: 4–13 years old
• Schedule: One-week sessions in summer 2026, with full-day camps (Adventure Riding Camp and Camp Cruisin’) Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–4:00 PM, and half-day camps (Lil’ Cruisers and Two Wheelers Club) Monday–Friday in morning or afternoon blocks
• Price: Register for 3 or more weeks for a 10% discount; siblings enrolled during the same week receive a 10% discount; week-long lunch option costs $75 per week
Wheel Kids states that it is a premier adventure and exploration destination for kids. Financial aid is available on a limited, first-come-first-served basis, and minimum registration of 8 participants per week is required. Wheel Kids offers group riding lessons and private lessons for children age 4 and up of any cycling ability, and age limits are not subject to exceptions. The daily lunch menu for those who add the lunch option includes a sandwich, chips, and organic fruit, with a burrito on Friday, and it is recommended to include a few snacks in the child’s backpack. Wheel Kids Special Events & Private Camps can lead a group ride for parties, host a camp for schools, or set up a booth at festivals.
