During parties, coaches handle the kids with games and activities, and staff are described in parent feedback as professional and super helpful in making parties easy for parents. One parent described a 7th birthday party as a true success, with all the families amazed and impressed with the party setup and the entire location reserved for the event, and gave a shout out to Coach Jake for leading the party and checking in to provide assistance. Another parent described a party where Jake served as lead with a set schedule and flexibility for changes, and mentioned that Jake, Jacob, and Andi helped guests sign waivers, showed kids how to use the equipment, and helped with balloons in the party room.
