Central Combat Sports Youth & Adult Martial Arts Programs includes Teen Martial Arts for ages 12-17, with classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Programs
- Teen Martial Arts — 12-17 · Tues & Thurs 6:00pm-7:00pm
- Kids Martial Arts — 7-11 · Focus on building fitness, discipline, confidence, practical self-defence skills, coordination, teamwork, focus, self-control, and respect.
- Kickboxing — 16+ · Functional warm-up, technical instruction, partner drills, and bag work. Boxing gloves and shin guards are required. Advanced class participation requires Coach's approval.
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu — 16+ · Grappling-based art focused on takedowns, control positions, escapes, and submission holds. Gi classes require a uniform. Advanced classes are for Green Belts and up.
- Women's Only — 13+ · Combines Kickboxing, MMA, and fitness training.
- Live Rounds — 16+ · Technical rolling and sparring in a controlled setting. Participation is completely voluntary.
- Open Mat — 16+ · Partner drills, bag work, and controlled sparring. Open Mat times are for members only.
- Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) — 16+ · Sessions include a functional warm-up, technical instruction, partner drills, bag work, and optional sparring.
- Fight Team — Invitation only · Private training sessions exclusively for amateur and professional fighters. Closed to the public and by invitation only.

The leadership team includes Coach Peter Zahran, Head Coach; Coach Manuel Alfaro, Kickboxing & MMA Coach; Coach Tyler Briffa, Advanced BJJ Coach; Coach Dominic Rossi, Kickboxing Coach; Coach Manny Aujla, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach; and Coach Robbie Luciani, Daytime & Youth Coach. The program says it has over 20 years of success at the highest levels of combat sports. Its mission statement says it helps ordinary people build extraordinary skill through proven martial arts instruction and structured training that fits real life.
- Private Lessons — Custom personal training. Private lessons are one hour. Up to 2 participants allowed per session. Male and female trainers available.
No commitment contracts. Cancel anytime. Beginners are welcome. No experience required. You don’t need to be in shape. All you need to start is a t-shirt and some athletic shorts or pants. Adult members have keyed access from 5am to 10pm, seven days a week. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 6:00pm-8:30pm. Teen Martial Arts focuses exclusively on control-based grappling prior to age 16; the source says striking instruction is deferred until age 16.
