About the provider

The program was founded with a vision to raise the standard of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction in Windsor. The site says the first academy operated in 200 square feet in the basement of Boozy Barbell, and the current home is the historic Windsor Hydro Station with a 4,000-square-foot training facility. It lists Seth Quiring as the leadership team and says he is a 1st-degree black belt, one of the few Canadian IBJJF-certified referees, and the winner of multiple Provincial Championships, gold in the Ontario Open weight and absolute divisions, and a bronze medal at the IBJJF Pan American Championships.

Classes are capped at 20 students. Month-to-month memberships with no long-term contracts are listed. The site says no shoes on the mat, no food or drinks on the mat, no barefoot walking outside the mat area, no foul language, no coaching for spectators, and keep phones on silent.
