About
Swim To Me offers swimming lessons and a water survival class that include front crawl, backstroke, and skills to swim and float. Instruction begins with the basics of breath control, propulsion, and floating. The SwimToMe method will adapt to each child’s needs, and for 5 days of the week, the instructor will treat children as his own, with every move, joke, break, and request for children to watch another child take a turn being part of the method to build a child’s confidence in their survival and swim abilities. The SwimToMe Method can teach anyone the techniques necessary to survive in a body of water and swim.

The SwimToMe Method is an innovative and unique method that has been developed over 29 years. The mission of the SwimToMe Method states that it is an innovative and proven swim technique that has been developed over 29 years and has been extremely effective at teaching children and adults of all ages how to survive and have fun with all bodies of water.
Conrad is the founder and owner of SwimToMe and is a lifelong swimmer. Conrad’s wife, Londa Parks, is his business partner and administrator, and she schedules all lessons and will answer all questions about the SwimToMe Method and program. Conrad is certified and trained in CPR and First Aid, and he is a certified NAUI Scuba Diver from the age of 13 and an avid Skin Diver.
One parent from Los Angeles, Belva, shared that on day one her child was terrified, and that Conrad was gentle yet firm and put her son at ease, and by day five her son was playing in the tub, dunking his head in the water, allowing hair washing, and asking to go see Conrad, calling the experience “TRULY AMAZING!!!!”. JT and Staci from Pacific Palisades said their son had a physical fear of water and struggles with bathing and getting water on his hair, and that after years of unsuccessful attempts, they saw a transformation from “scream-crying” to volunteering to go first on day five, and their son said, “I like water survival class with Mr. Conrad. I like getting my hair wet now, I like swimming!”. Mrs. Levar Burton from Sherman Oaks said she handed Conrad a fearful, nervous child and in a few lessons, which she described as patiently and lovingly given, she was handed back an excited and competent swimmer, and that he taught a nervous mother as well. Robert Townsend from Bel Air said Conrad turned his two daughters who could not swim into “two little mermaids,” and that they can now do front crawl, backstroke, and can swim and float. Vanessa Bell Calloway from Los Angeles said Conrad’s method is very effective, that after the first week her youngest daughter was swimming, and that she trusted her children and would trust any child in his capable hands.
