The Windsor Girls Softball League is led by a board that includes Shannon Uchytil-Tamayo (President), Alan McCormick (Vice President), Charlie Johnson (Treasurer), Anthony Pokriots (Secretary), and board members Tiffany Elias, Greg Hannan, and Kyle Way. Its stated mission is to allow all interested girls the opportunity to play softball in a safe and nurturing environment, to provide an understanding of competition in athletics, to support social bonding as they grow up, and to provide a setting that encourages sportsmanship and teamwork. The league offers local youth a structured softball program within the guidelines of the Amateur Softball Association and emphasizes a community and recreational focused atmosphere.
