Woodlands Gymnastics offers Parent & Tot for children ages 18 months to 3 years, where parents join their child on the floor. It also offers Rising Stars for ages 3 to 4, with floor, vault, bars, and beam through play-based learning and guided instruction, and Shining Stars for ages 4 to 5, with cartwheels, handstands, rolls, beam skills, and basic bar work. For children ages 6 and up, the program offers Girls Gymnastics Level 1 on floor exercise, vault, uneven bars, and balance beam, as well as Tumbling with cartwheels, round-offs, back walkovers, and back handsprings.
Programs
- Parent & Tot — 18 months to 3 years · Parents join their child on the floor for a fun, interactive experience. Designed for toddlers to develop coordination, body awareness, and confidence in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Rising Stars — 3 to 4 years · Introductory gymnastics class for children ages 3 to 4. Students explore floor, vault, bars, and beam through play-based learning and guided instruction.
- Shining Stars — 4 to 5 years · Designed for children ages 4 to 5 to build on gymnastics foundation with cartwheels, handstands, rolls, beam skills, and basic bar work.
- Girls Gymnastics Level 1 — 6 and up · Girls ages 6 and up develop gymnastics skills across floor exercise, vault, uneven bars, and balance beam.
- Tumbling — 6 and up · Built for athletes ages 6 and up who want to learn and progress through floor tumbling skills like cartwheels, round-offs, back walkovers, and back handsprings.
