Cañon Academy of Gymnastics

Cañon Academy of Gymnastics offers Tot Gymnastics, Recreational Classes, a USAG Xcel Team, Open Gyms, Birthday Parties, and Gymnastics Camps. The program uses equipment such as a spring floor, beams, bars, vault, trampolines, and a foam pit.

• Ages: 0–18 years old
• Schedule: Open gyms on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month, with general hours Monday–Thursday from 3:45pm–7:45pm
• Price: OPEN GYMS: Ages up to 5yrs: $5 members / $7 non-members; Ages 5 & Up: $8 members / $10 non-members. BIRTHDAY PARTIES: $145 members and $165 non-members up to 10 kids, $5 for each additional child.

Cañon Academy of Gymnastics opened its doors in 1994 to serve youth in Cañon City and the surrounding areas. The stated mission is for every child to feel like a champion, with an emphasis on self-discipline, positive self-esteem, respect, and accountability in a fun, challenging environment. The program’s philosophy is to develop excellence through challenge and empowerment, using simple teaching methods so gymnasts feel successful, continue to use what they have learned, and feel empowered to control their results.
