About the provider
Scott Miller is a 3rd degree black belt with 28 years of grappling experience and 14 years of Jiu Jitsu experience. Geoff has been teaching both Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai since 2018. The goal is to create a fun environment where participants can get a great workout while also learning technical and effective self-defense techniques. The program notes that classes are for students of every level and are held in a safe and controlled environment.
