About

EPRD/CARA Youth Volleyball offers youth volleyball practices and games through the CARA league. The program also includes Youth/Family drop-in volleyball, with times listed on the Wulf gym schedule. Teams in this program play against teams from other recreation agencies.

• Ages: 8–13 years old
• Schedule: Practices are held on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday during fall (August–October) and spring (March–May), with 3–4 Saturday game days. Registration for spring 2026 opens February 24.

EPRD volleyball teaches players fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship, and volunteer coaches are needed. The Evergreen Park & Recreation District was authorized in January 1969 by a vote of local residents and was renamed from the Evergreen Metropolitan Recreation and Park District in 1992. The stated purpose of the District is to provide recreational opportunities to its residents and construct a community center with a swimming pool. Evergreen Park & Recreation District is partnering with Evergreen High School's National Honor Society for a community trash clean up. EPRD prohibits discrimination in all its programs and activities on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, political beliefs, sexual orientation, marital or family status, and strives to provide inclusive programs to all community members. People of all abilities are invited to register for any EPRD recreational program, provided they meet the minimum eligibility requirements. The program is coordinated by Elias Martinez, Recreation Coordinator.
