R.I.S.E. Youth Empowerment offers after school activities, summer camp, mentoring, and counseling. The program includes an emphasis on counseling, youth development, and case management at the community center. R.I.S.E. is an over-arching group of programs focused on the youth of the community and their future success.
At Hands of Hope America, the mission is to EQUIP, EMPOWER AND RESTORE disenfranchised communities by providing accessible evidence-based services to individuals, families, and children in the Four Corners of Lake, Polk, Osceola, and Orange Counties. Hands of Hope America is a nonprofit organization focused on equipping families, empowering youth, and restoring the Four Corners community of Central Florida, serving individuals, families, and children in the Four Corners of Lake, Polk, Osceola, and Orange Counties.
