The Little Gym offers gymnastics, dance, parent/child classes, pre-K gymnastics, and grade school gymnastics. The program also hosts kids birthday parties, camps, and a Parent Survival Night. The Little Gym gyms are safe spaces for children and parents to explore gymnastics and more.

Its Three-Dimensional Learning philosophy includes Get Moving, Brain Boost, and Citizen Kid. The program emphasizes a positive, non-competitive spirit and uses movement-based learning and imaginative play. Parent Survival Night gives parents a break. The Little Gym has gyms across the globe and is part of a global community of families, instructors, and local business owners.
The first The Little Gym opened in 1976 in Bellevue, Washington. This year marks 50 years since The Little Gym first opened its doors. The founder of The Little Gym is Robin Wes.
Parents enjoy a supportive and positive community.
