FGTC Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes led by a coaching staff with a collective experience of over 200 years. The program follows a structured format and is described as one of Florida's elite gyms producing many State, Regional, and National Champions. Classes are held Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon.
• Schedule: Class options Monday–Friday afternoons and early evenings, plus Saturday mornings
FGTC Gymnastics has been owned and operated by administrative director Abby Perez since 2007. All FGTC coaches are USAG Safety Certified, certified through the US Center for Safe Sport, and background checked. Abby Perez is a State of Florida Certified teacher in Elementary Education, Exceptional Student Education, and Gifted Education, and she brings many years of teaching experience. She was also the parent of a gymnast and served as treasurer for the Florida USA Mens' Gymnastics organization. The program’s stated main goal is to encourage and develop the sport of gymnastics while understanding the mental and physical needs of each unique child, and its philosophy is based on the correlation between a child's intellectual and physical development.
