About
YMCA of Collier County Youth Programs and Camps offers youth the chance to take part in swim, sports, and recreational programs, along with camp programs that include specialty and day camp options. Participants also have access to group exercise classes such as cycling, as well as tennis and pickleball activities.
• Schedule: Branch hours at the North Campus run Monday–Thursday 5:30 am–9:00 pm, Friday 5:30 am–8:00 pm, Saturday 6:00 am–4:00 pm, and Sunday 7:30 am–4:00 pm; branch hours at the South Campus run Monday–Thursday 6:00 am–9:00 pm, Friday 6:00 am–8:00 pm, and Saturday–Sunday 7:00 am–4:00 pm.
The YMCA of Collier County includes amenities that support these youth programs and camps, such as outdoor swimming pools, tennis centers lighted for outdoor or evening play, gymnasiums with full-size courts, outdoor pickleball courts, an outdoor ability field, Early Learning Centers, a Youth & Teen Center, group exercise and cycling studios, a community kitchen, community meeting spaces, a cafe with day and evening hours, a 24-hour Fitness Center, an outdoor airnasium, a community garden, and community events. The organization’s mission is to put Judeo Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The YMCA of Collier County has been serving Collier County since 1967, and the Marco Y was founded on November 14, 1977. The YMCA of Collier County is a nonprofit organization focused on Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility, and it was one of the recipients of a surprise grant from the Collier Community Foundation as part of $650,000 awarded to nonprofits. The leadership team includes Cindy Love-Abounader, who serves as President and CEO of the Marco Island YMCA. The YMCA also offers a mobile app, YMCA360, which allows families to access class schedules, reserve classes, and receive notifications.
