Mad Science of Central Florida offers hands-on lab programs with hands-on activities, spectacular demos, and an educational science toy at each class. It also offers summer and vacation camps with science discovery, themed games, and physical activity, after-school programs with science-themed take-home toys after every class, birthday party science entertainment, field-trip workshops on electricity, magnetism, optics, biology, and more, in-school science shows and fun stations, programs for organizations, and special events with stage shows and fun stations.
Programs
- Hands-On Lab Programs — Designed for kids ages 5-12. Some Pre-School Programs may also be available. · Classes range from 45 minutes to 3 hours. Some classes are weekly, others are monthly. · Hands-on activities, spectacular demos, and an educational science toy every class.
- Summer and Vacation Camps — Designed for kids ages 4-12. · Full-day and half-day options available. · Combination of science discovery, themed games, and physical activity. New topics and activities every day.
- After-School Programs — Designed for kids ages 5-12. · One-hour programs that typically last for 4 or 8 weeks; requests of 4 to 12 weeks can be accommodated. · Themed around a particular area of science and include science-themed take-home toys after every class.
- Birthday Parties — Science party entertainment for children's birthdays.
- Field-Trip Workshops — In-class field trip workshop programs covering electricity, magnetism, optics, biology, and more.
- In-School Programs — Educational and entertaining science shows and fun stations for school events and assemblies.
- Programs for Organizations — Programs for organizations.
- Special Events — Stage shows and fun stations for library programs, company parties, community center events, conventions, children's programs, parks and recs, and more.
