Highlander Summer

Highlander Summer offers specialty camps, Highlander Day Camp, STEM & Tech Camps, academics, sports camps, traditional day camp, and Tiny Tartans. Activities include imaginative play, robotics, entrepreneurship, coding, workshops, credit courses, sports led by varsity coaches, and more than 25 indoor and outdoor activities in small cabin groups.

Programs

• Highlander Summer — Entering PreK through 12th grade · Highlander Summer camps and programs run from June 1 through July 24, 2026.
• Specialty Camps — Designed to let campers explore new interests, engage in imaginative play, and learn from dedicated teachers and industry experts.
• Highlander Day Camp — Entering PreK through 6th grade · A structured and safe environment with diverse activities and games.
• STEM & Tech Camps — Hands-on experiences in robotics, entrepreneurship, and coding, guided by industry professionals.
• Academics — Enriching programs, workshops, and credit courses for new and current Lake Highland Preparatory School students.
• Sports Camps — High-energy sports camps led by varsity coaches with half-day and full-day options.
• Traditional Day Camp — Kindergarten through 6th grade · Campers are placed in small subgroups called cabins and engage in over 25 age-appropriate indoor and outdoor activities.
• Tiny Tartans — Rising PreK · The youngest Day Camp group, led by a certified teacher and other Lake Highland Preparatory School staff.

Highlander Summer has run since 1990. Its summer programs are open to all campers across Central Florida and beyond, and Lake Highland programs comply with all state and federal laws applicable to public accommodations. The program has been voted “Best of Orlando” by Orlando Magazine.
