Orlando Ballet School

Orlando Ballet School offers the Preparatory Training Center, Youth Dance Program, Summer Camp, Baby & Me Summer Session, Trainee II, Trainee, and OBII. The Preparatory Training Center is open for ages 18 months through 6 and allows online registration without an audition based on age as of September 1. The Youth Dance Program is open to students ages 8-18 who want to learn the fundamentals of ballet.

• Youth Dance Program — 8-18 · Open to students ages 8-18 interested in learning the fundamentals of ballet.
• Summer Camp (Ages 3-5) — 3-5 · $235 · Half-day Jr. Dance Camp at Harriett’s Orlando Ballet Centre.
• Summer Camp (Ages 6-12) — 6-12 · Half-day and full-day options; 1-week and 2-week sessions available.
• Baby & Me Summer Session — 18 months · Saturdays, 9:00-9:45 a.m. and 9:45-10:30 a.m. · $225 · Designed for one dancer and one parent or designated guardian.
• Trainee II — 14+ · 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., 30 hours of instruction per week · $765.78 per month · Installment plan option: $765.78 first installment due upon enrollment, remaining 8 billed on the 1st of the month, September through April.
• Trainee — 16-21 · Tuition is covered by scholarship upon submission of financial application; registration and showcase fees are not covered.
• OBII — 16-21 · Admission is by audition only.

About the provider

Orlando Ballet says it entertains, educates and enriches through dance. The school states that many faculty are American Ballet Theatre-certified or trained in distinguished European methodologies, and that it is led by internationally renowned instructors. It also says the Trainee and Second Company programs are full tuition scholarship programs, with the Second Company providing an additional stipend.
