Club SciKidz Atlanta STEM Summer Camps offers weekly STEM summer camps that include activities such as AI, chatbot projects, drone piloting, 3D printing, astronomy, meteorology, sea adventures, climate change, veterinary medicine, robotics, chemistry, rocketry, and video game design. Camp themes also feature Marvel stop motion animation, Wizarding World (Harry Potter), American Doll and Junior American Doll Adventures, K-POP Demon Hunters Summer Camp, ESports Minecraft Academy, esports for ages 11–13 and 13–15, digital art and animation, filmmaking and effects, forensics through CSI Forensic Detectives, food science, paleontology and dinosaur studies, oceanography, emergency medicine, and special effects. Club SciKidz was established in 1997. The program offers over 70 themed science summer camps for grades PK–7th in the Atlanta Metro area and over 70+ themed camps for grades PK–8th each summer, along with 42 different themed science camps and 30 weeks of inquiry-based after-school science club experiences. Programs are described as being designed to meet the needs of children ages 4–15, with carefully researched science lessons developed by science educators with the help of teachers and children, and hands-on experiments and projects that keep kids engaged and eager to learn. Club SciKidz also runs after-school science clubs, science assemblies, in-school field trips, teacher workshops, and 30-minute science workshops in preschools, and conducts in-school programs in the Metro Atlanta area while also operating franchise locations across the United States.
Club SciKidz states that it was founded on the principle that parents want to provide their children with exciting, challenging, and life impacting academic enrichment experiences, and that it is committed to demonstrating how science works in the real world through activities in veterinary medicine, Mini Medical School, drones, 3D printing, Virtual Reality Pokemon, America Doll, Wizarding World, Lego robotics, forensics, video game creation, food science, paleontology, engineering, chemistry and biology, astronomy, oceanography, emergency medicine, and special effects.
