Academy of Stars Childcare

Academy of Stars Childcare offers childcare for infants through age 12, summer camp for school-age children, before and after school care, and private piano lessons for children ages 3 and up. The program includes field trips, a catered lunch, academic workshops, homework assistance, enrichment, daily themes, outdoor time, hot lunch, afternoon reinforcement, snack, and creative activities. Piano recitals are held twice a year.

Programs

• Childcare — Infants through age 12 · Mon-Fri · Licensed with the State of Illinois. Full day program with a limited part-time option. Open year round.
• Summer Camp — School age · Summer · School age campers enjoy field trips, a catered lunch, academic workshops, exciting themes and fun.
• Before & After School — Up to age 12 · Before and after school · Transportation from Roslyn, Countryside, North Barrington and Algonquin Road School. Homework assistance, enrichment, daily themes and outdoor time.
• Private Piano Lessons — Age 3 and up · Piano lessons are available for children ages 3 and up. Piano recitals are held twice a year.

About the provider

Academy of Stars Childcare has presented childcare since 2003 and has had new ownership since 2017. It is licensed with the State of Illinois, uses Creative Curriculum, and meets State of Illinois Early Childhood Initiatives and National Learning Standards for Early Childhood.

Limited part-time option Monday through Friday. Part-time, full-time and extended day options available for some age groups.
