At Kids in Action Gymnastics Academy, the stated mission is that every child deserves a safe, positive, and encouraging space to grow on and off the equipment, and that coaches are committed to helping students build confidence, strength, and lifelong skills through high-quality gymnastics instruction. Families can use a Parent Portal to manage classes, payments, and account information, and the KIAGA Mobile App for schedules, notifications, and updates. The program also provides an online Frequently Asked Questions resource and a Class Withdrawal Form. Parents have a viewing area during classes, and check-in takes place in the lobby before coaches guide students to designated equipment areas. The program reminds families that long hair must be tied back during class and instructs them to call ahead in cases of severe weather to check on the gym’s status. There are no classes on Memorial Day, no classes on the 4th of July, and the gym is closed on Labor Day September 1. The program lists a copyright of Kids In Action Gymnastics Academy 2026.

Parent feedback includes comments about Gravity Warriors classes with coaches Ross and John, noting that children enjoyed these classes and were sad to leave when moving away, and that birthday parties with groups of 15–20 children were described as very fun with helpful staff support for equipment use and food setup. One parent reports that a toddler class for ages 1–3 allows children to freely choose activities and that they have attended once a week for two months. Another parent notes that their children have made progress over a year and a half, that they like their coaches, and that they would recommend the gym for both intro classes and experienced gymnasts looking for competitive teams.
