AYSO Region 300 Soccer Programs offers Playground, Core team play, professionally-coached Clinics, United Academy, United travel soccer, and EPIC recreational soccer for kids with disabilities. Playground is a non-team oriented soccer program, and EPIC includes volunteer “buddies” who support players of all ages. Clinics, United Academy, and United programs use professional coaching, while Core practices are coached by trained parent volunteers.

AYSO Region 300 is Region 300 of the American Youth Soccer Organization and is a 100% volunteer-run organization founded in 1981 by parent volunteers. The region was founded in 1981. Member families live in Western Springs, La Grange, La Grange Park, Brookfield, Countryside, and surrounding communities. AYSO is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and registration fees and other payments for players are not tax-deductible. The league is guided by AYSO’s Six Philosophies: Balanced Teams, Everyone Plays®, Good Sportsmanship, Open Registration, Player Development, and Positive Coaching. Playground is specially designed for 3 and 4 year olds with a focus on helping to develop fundamental motor skills using soccer as a common thread. Core team play for kids ages 4–18 includes one weekly game and practice. Clinics are professionally-coached and included at no additional cost for all registered players. United Academy focuses on delivering player development through professional and positive coaching in a flexible, family-friendly format, and United provides professionally-coached travel soccer teams and training focused on player development through professional and positive coaching. Every Playground session is run by United Coaches, Core practices are coached by trained parent volunteers, and United Academy and United programs provide professional and positive coaching. EPIC is recreational soccer for kids with disabilities with volunteer “buddies” helping to support players of all ages. The mission of AYSO Region 300 is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs which promote a fun, family environment built on the foundation of AYSO’s Six Philosophies.
