Naperville Tennis Club offers tennis, pickleball, and swimming, including swim team, for children and teens. The program includes drills, lessons, in-house leagues, traveling teams, private lessons, Permanent Court Time, round robins, match play, open play, tournaments, socials, and camps. It also runs Adult In-House Leagues, Junior Tennis Tournaments, Pickleball Tournaments, Adult Tennis Tournaments, and Open Play events.

Naperville Tennis Club states that it serves tennis players of all ages and skill levels, from beginning juniors and college-bound high school players to seasoned team competitors and adults. Its mission is to provide a quality environment and comprehensive year-round programming to encourage fun, social tennis, as well as challenging, competitive play, and to create an atmosphere of civility and good sportsmanship where players can enhance their abilities at any skill level and make friendships. Pickleball players have access to three courts, each able to accommodate four pickleball nets, and Adult Pickleball players have competitive and social Open Play events with year-round access to the courts and free walk-on court time. The club offers camps in the summer sessions and a Choose Your Date format that allows participants to play as often as their schedule allows, with court access for members and their guests. The Pro Shop Buyers' Club provides discounts on apparel, shoes, bags, and racquets, along with coupons for 50% off one item.

Through the Naperville Tennis Club and USTA Net Generation Program, schools can receive tennis and free equipment, and NTC professionals have most recently worked with students at Kingsley, Scott, and Steeple Run Elementary Schools. The club lists USTA League National Champions for Men's 55 & Over 8.0, captained by Kevin Podwika, whose team finished first in the nation out of 512 teams in the 8.0 division, and USTA League National Championships for Women's 40 & Over 3.5+, captained by Kathy Bianchi. It also lists USTA 55+ 8.0 Men's League Sectional Champions, captained by Kevin Podwika, who will represent the Midwest at Nationals, and USTA 55+ 3.5 Women's League Illinois State Champions, captained by Elizabeth Sheridan and Anne Ruden.
