Montessori Children’s House of North Barrington

Montessori Children’s House of North Barrington offers parent-child programs for pre-birth through infancy, a Toddler Program for children 18 months to 35 months old, Preschool Programs for children 3 to 6 years old, and a Montessori Summer Day Camp for children age two to age seven. The Toddler Program has half-day hours from 8:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. four days a week, Monday through Thursday, and an all-day option from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. five days a week. Preschool Programs offer full day and half day options with a Lunch Program.

The school was built in 1970. It is accredited by the American Montessori Society (AMS), accredited by the National Council for Private School Accreditation, and a member school of the Association of Illinois Montessori Schools. The Montessori Summer Day Camp is accredited by the American Camp Association, and the school is a lab school of the Seton Montessori Institute.
