Ultimate Dance On the Move offers dance and performing arts classes that include ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, acro/tumbling, hip-hop, and creative movement through dance. The program includes mobile classes as well as studio classes that are open to the public.

Ultimate Dance On the Move has been serving dancers in the West Suburbs of Chicago since June 2013. It opened a pop-up dance studio in downtown Plano in September 2016 that expanded to a permanent full running studio location in January 2017, and a pop-up Naperville dance studio was opened in 2019. The program continues to grow its mobile program to daycares and schools in the area. For mobile classes, students take dance class in the clothes they wear to school that day and are not required to wear or have any specific dance clothing.
The leadership team includes CEO and Founder Cheyanne Diaz, who is also a Director/Instructor, along with Miss Madi as Office Administrator and Miss Lexi, Miss Felicia, Miss McKenzie, Miss Jennifer, and Miss Morgan as instructors. Cheyanne has experience in gymnastics and cheerleading. Madi Childs danced for 8 years and danced competitively for 6 years in ballet, lyrical, modern, jazz, musical theater, tap, and hip hop; she is a professional clarinetist in the Chicago area and graduated from the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in instrumental performance. Lexi has been dancing for over 18 years, received technical training at Sole Dance Academy and Revolution Dance Studio, led the Yorkville Varsity Dance Team as captain, continued dancing at North Central College where she served as treasurer and president of the Cardinal Dance Company, graduated from North Central College with honors in 2020 with a B.A. in Molecular Neuroscience, and has been teaching at Ultimate Dance On The Move since 2016. Felicia graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and a minor in Psychology from the University of Texas-Pan American, has participated in workshops including the River North Dance Intensive, Maria Bermudez Flamenco Workshop, Arthur Murray Summer Training Workshop, Teacher Education in Dance through More Than Just Great Dancing, and a comprehensive Yoga/Pilates intensive that led to her Pilates certification, and has over 18 years of teaching experience. McKenzie received technical dance training at Starr Dance Studio, Storm Dance Alliance, and Nouveau Dance Company, danced for her high school at Providence Catholic, was a collegiate dancer for all 4 years at Southeast Missouri State University where she led the Dance Team as a captain, and graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.A. in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Minor in Spanish, then graduated from Eastern Illinois University with an M.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics. Jennifer Donahue holds a BFA in Dance Performance from Northern Illinois University, studied with the Milwaukee Ballet, was accepted as a VIP for Dance Olympus, studied with Randall Newsom and Judith Chitwood at Northern Illinois University, danced with NDT in performances such as Coppelia, Les Sylphide, Paquita, and The Nutcracker, was a member of SoFlo Ballet Company in South Florida, and most recently performed with In Flight Dance Company and Free Space; she has choreographed for musicals including Suessical, The Wizard of Oz, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdan, and MarryPoppins. Morgan has experience teaching ages 2–10 in ballet, hip-hop, jazz, and tumbling.
The program states that its dream has always been to inspire youth and build confidence in themselves, and its mission is “inspiring the you through dance.” It describes itself as a goal and achievement oriented dance studio that is more than just dance and is focused on inspiring and motivating kids to be their best. Ultimate Dance On the Move offers a mobile dance program to daycares and schools, pop-up and permanent studio locations, inclusively serves kids of all ages and all levels, and offers a Happiness Guarantee. It states that no extra day for dress rehearsal is required for recital, that recital length is under an hour, and that the recital is created to accommodate younger children and busy families. It also states a 100% guarantee that each child will feel confident on stage. For mobile classes, photos and videos are taken weekly and posted in a class-specific album on the app, and mobile students perform with their center at a Winter showcase and End of the Year recital with other daycare and studio classes.
