Learning Tree Preschool

Learning Tree Preschool offers Walking 1's to 4 years with teacher directed and self-initiated activities, plus age-appropriate curriculum. It also offers PreKindergarten and Extended Care, which includes free play, gross motor time, story time, different centers, lunchtime, and nap/rest time.

About the provider

Learning Tree Preschool has provided early childhood education to the community for over 40 years. It was established by First United Methodist Church as a nurturing ministry to families in the community, serves an interdenominational community, and offers scholarships. The leadership team includes Gayle Kelley and Teresa Nickerson, Co-Directors of LTP, and Trish Garrett, Administrative Assistant. The preschool also holds family and community events such as Trunk or Treat, Art Show, and Trike-A-Thon.

• Extended Care — 7:30-9:00am & 11:30-5:30pm · Morning before class and afternoon after class. Balance of free play, gross motor time, story time, and different centers. Afternoon includes lunchtime, gross motor play, and nap/rest time.

Established by First United Methodist Church as a nurturing ministry to families in the community. The goal is to serve an interdenominational community. Scholarships available.
