KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that includes weekly classes led by expert coaches. In each class, kids take part in fun activities that promote balance, coordination, strength, and agility, along with puzzles, games, and other mental challenges. Classes also include science-based fitness games in a 45-minute structured program carefully designed to support whole-child development, with activities that are developmentally appropriate, fun, and challenging.

KidStrong’s programming is specially designed by child development experts to improve kids’ emotional, mental, and physical skills, and everything in the program is based on the Whole Child Philosophy with three pillars: Strong Character, Strong Body, Strong Mind. The program is parent-focused, with connected families and parents brought right into the action. All coaches are certified and professional, and coaches are specially trained, compassionate leaders who create a safe, supportive environment in clean, modern centers. KidStrong is guided by a group of experts, child development scientists, and coaches, and was founded in 2015 by Matt and Megin Sharp in Lexington, Kentucky, who partnered with Lincoln Brown to turn the idea into a scalable business. KidStrong has more than 160 locations serving more than 65,000 kids per week, offers Camps, and some centers run KidStrong Academy.
