Eastern Shore Early Learning Academy L.L.C. offers full-time care, part-time care, before school care, after school care, and a summer camp. All classrooms are staffed with certified child care professionals, and classrooms are specifically designed to allow teachers to give maximum attention to children’s development, comfort, and safety. Cameras in all classrooms are recording at all times, and there is a live feed.

Eastern Shore Early Learning Academy L.L.C. states that it offers a safe, loving, and well-structured environment. The program is locally owned and operated, and staff are Worcester and Wicomico County locals with many ties to the community. The center regularly practices emergency and lockdown procedures. The program uses the Frog Street curriculum approved by the Maryland State Department of Education.

The program is MSDE Accredited and participates in MD EXCELS. It participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) through the USDA, and students are given breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack daily at no cost to families through CACFP. This institution is an equal opportunity provider, and the Maryland State Department of Education does not discriminate on the bases listed in its nondiscrimination statement and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups.

Eastern Shore Early Learning Academy L.L.C. uses the HiMama app for direct communication between teachers and parents, and all classrooms have their own cellphone for direct communication with staff. Daily activities are logged into HiMama and are visible to parents as soon as they occur. The program also uses the Remind app to communicate with families of older children.

The program has a partnership agreement with Head Start and a co-payment agreement with the Maryland Funded Child Care Scholarship Program. It participates in The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) through the USDA. Partnerships through memorandums of understanding include Eastern Shore Child Care Resource Center, Worcester County Public Schools, Infants and Toddlers Program – Worcester County, and Judy Center.

Pick up and drop off bus service is provided for Buckingham Elementary School. The program provides transportation to Berlin Intermediate, Ocean City Elementary, Most Blessed Sacrament School, Showell Elementary, and Seaside Christian Academy.
