Bug Camp introduces kids to insects through hands-on activities and interactive field trips. The program is part of the Department of Entomology's Extension & Outreach programs and focuses on how amazing and valuable bugs are in summer camp.

• Ages: 7–12 years old

For more than 125 years, the Department of Entomology has pursued its mission through coordinated efforts in research, teaching, and extension. The mission of the Department of Entomology is to improve the quality of life and apply information about insects. Entomology Extension brings research-based solutions to communities in Maryland and beyond.
