Flips Gymnastics offers gymnastics, preschool gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, and recreational classes, along with a competitive team and competitive cheer. The program also offers Ninja Monkeys, open gym, summer camps, day camps for school closings, birthday parties, private lessons, fitness classes, cardio equipment, and before and after school care.

Flips Gymnastics states that its mission is to be a successful company that is a leader in customer service with a loyal customer following that teaches children self empowerment through sports. The program specializes in competitive and recreational gymnastics in a fun and challenging atmosphere and focuses on building strong foundations in gymnastics technique, strength, and flexibility. It offers programs for kids of all ages, from babies to teenagers, with a target market that includes toddlers through adults and a core program of preschool and elementary aged children. Students gain awareness, skills, and self-esteem to help in school, sports, and friendships, and the program emphasizes conditioning and gymnastics basics, including smaller muscles that protect from injury.
Founder Angela Boyle serves as the owner and director of Flips and is an active coach of the Artistic Team. She has over 20 years of industry experience, is a lifetime competitive gymnast, and was a two-sport Division 1 athlete at the University of Tennessee as a springboard diver and pole vaulter. She has competed nationally and internationally in different sports, previously worked as a personal trainer, and has worked with college coaches, Olympic athletes, and Olympic coaches. The owner does not coach from the sidelines and demonstrates skills in practice, and the program highlights lifelong commitment and leadership from a lifetime competitive gymnast and two-sport Division 1 athlete.
Flips Gymnastics offers an award-winning USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic competitive gymnastics team that competes all JO levels and Xcel and is home to many State Champions, Regional Champions, and National Qualifiers. The program reports consistently high reviews on Facebook and Google and notes customer responsiveness, including consideration of classes not currently offered. Families new to Flips are offered a 100% one-time tuition-back guarantee after the first four lessons. For ages 5 and up, the program provides student progress reports and Level Completion Certificates for leveled gymnastics classes. Families can use online registration and a parent portal, month-to-month billing and open registration, and a user-friendly mobile app to view and add classes and contact Flips.
