Youth Sports are led by professional and volunteer coaches and are anchored in the core values of respect, responsibility, care, and honesty. The Early Learning Center uses an evidence-based curriculum and focuses on 21st Century skills such as creativity, critical thinking, confidence, communication, and collaboration. Child Watch is available for children 6 weeks or older for up to two hours while members work out, and financial assistance is available to help ensure access to high-quality childcare. The Y is a cause-driven nonprofit working to strengthen the community and help everyone build a healthy body, mind, and spirit, and membership helps provide community health and wellness services and programs to under-resourced neighbors. Businesses can partner with YMCA Silver Spring for employee memberships.
