TAGS Gymnastics Camps and Classes offers Junior Gymnastics Camp, Gymnastics Camp, Trampoline & Tumbling Camp, and Gold Gymnastics Half Day and Full Day Camps where participants work on gymnastics skills. Campers and students practice skills on bars, balance beam, trampoline, floor, and Tumbl-trak, along with strength and fitness games, theme days, and additional games and activities. TAGS also offers preschool gymnastics, recreational classes, competitive team programs, and Progressive Meets where gymnasts receive ribbons on each event and a trophy in the all-around.

TAGS Gymnastics has been family owned and operated since 1977 and was originally founded as Thompson Academy of Gymnastics. More than 4,000 students participate each week, and most students attend once or twice per week and are evaluated each session for class placement and progression. TAGS offers a complimentary skill evaluation for children ages 5 to 17, sibling discounts on tuition, a discount for taking class two times per week, and priority registration during the school year for currently enrolled students who reserve their class by the designated date. TAGS employs over 100 part-time gymnastics instructors and 15 full-time staff members, with more than 30 employees having over 10 years of service, and coaches participate in the TAGS staff training program and USA Gymnastics certifications. The leadership team includes co-founders Julia Thompson and Greg Aretz and owners Tony Aretz and Alex Pesavento, who joined the ownership team in 2013. TAGS offers high-level competitive gymnastics through the USAG Developmental and Xcel programs, and over 115 TAGS athletes have gone on to compete at the collegiate level. Their stated mission is to provide the highest quality gymnastics program in a safe, fun, and positive environment.
