Wise Swim School offers swim classes, private lessons, semi-private lessons, special needs swim lessons, swim camps, flipper clinics, birthday parties, racing dolphins (advanced swim training), and riptide prep (pre-club swim training). The program includes once-a-week lessons available year-round, as well as summer programs with camps, clinics, and additional lesson options. Classes are available for participants from 6 months to adults, with 15 different levels broken down first by age, then by ability, and private and semi-private lessons are available to all ages, levels, and needs.

Four Day camps offer a range of water-based fun plus a 30 minute lesson each day, and clinics meet daily Monday–Friday for two weeks for a 30 minute lesson. Wise Swim School has warm water pools and two indoor pools, and offers private pool parties and birthday parties for all ages and abilities. The program features a low student:teacher ratio, frequent evaluations to see progress, and two pools used for various levels from babies to swim team. Riptide Prep athletes have opportunities to compete in novice swim meets and can earn advanced placement onto Riptide Swim Team.
Wise Swim School is locally owned by Jim, Nikki, and Theresa, who are described as national leaders in swim education. Over 10,000 kids from their neighborhoods have learned to swim at Wise.
