The Chaska Area Youth Basketball Association (CAYBBA) offers travel basketball, in-house basketball, and separate boys and girls tournaments. The program also provides in-house registration, in-house referee registration, a Board of Directors application, and information on live streaming game best practices. Equipment guidelines follow MYAS basketball size recommendations for boys and girls in grades 3 and up.

The stated mission of CAYBBA is to create a supportive environment for any child in their elementary and middle school years who lives or attends school in the Chaska school district and wishes to enjoy the game of basketball. The program focuses on personal development on and off the court, including individual and team basketball skills and character-building life skills such as teamwork, leadership, and respect for the greater community. CAYBBA lists several guiding documents and policies, including a CAYBBA Eligibility Policy, a Travel Philosophy and Guide Book, CAYBBA By-laws, a Code of Conduct Policy, Code of Conduct Reporting, and MYAS-based basketball size guidelines.
