Central Minnesota Community Baseball League organizes youth baseball through league scheduling, team rosters, assigning officials, and tournament brackets. The program uses online registration to manage teams and games.

In 2016, Central Minnesota Community Baseball League served 10 communities, about 60 teams, and more than 700 youth ball players. East members include Braham, East Central, Hinckley, Isle, Milaca, Mora, Ogilvie, Onamia, Pine City, and Rush City. West members include Becker, Foley, Luxemburg, Sauk Rapids, Sartell, St Cloud Blue Sox, St Augusta, and Waite Park. The leadership team lists Pete Johnson as CMCBL Director (Sartell).
For 2026 CMCBL 9U tournament tiers, 9U Tier A has 6 teams in Foley, 9U Tier B has 8 teams in Sauk Rapids, 9U Tier C has 8 teams in Ogilvie, and 9U Tier D has 8 teams in Waite Park. For 2026 CMCBL 11U tournament tiers, 11U Tier A has 9 teams in Waite Park, 11U Tier B has 8 teams in Foley, 11U Tier C has 8 teams in Mora, and 11U Tier D has 8 teams in Milaca. For 2026 CMCBL 13U tournament tiers, 13U Tier A has 8 teams in Pine City, 13U Tier B has 7 teams in Milaca, and 13U Tier C has 8 teams in Foley.
