Spirit Gymnastics offers early development gymnastics classes, recreational gymnastics classes, high school gymnastics classes, and USAG competition. The program also offers birthday parties, circus classes, gymnastics for CrossFit classes, and competitive Xcel and J.O. programs.

Spirit Gymnastics is in its 42nd annual Gymnastics Camp at Hamline University and describes itself as a rare and unique developmental gymnastics club. The program states a mission of improving the holistic lives of young people through the sport of gymnastics and offering programs that fit the needs, motivation, and skill level of each student. Spirit Gymnastics notes a welcoming, safe, diverse, and invigorating learning environment, with a focus on developing strength, balance, flexibility, and self-esteem through a fun and challenging environment. The program’s motto is “Shaping bodies, shaping minds, shaping lives.” The gym is home to both the Spirit Gymnasts and the Hamline University Women’s Gymnastics Team and hosts two meets each year: The Piper Preview and the Spirit Holiday Invite. Spirit Gymnastics highlights a dedicated, passionate, and highly trained coaching staff, experienced and professional instructors, state of the art equipment, outstanding facilities for affordable rates, and a high number of repeat campers each year.
