Freehold Elite Gymnastics offers activities that include trampolines, a tumble track, parachute games, obstacle courses, and Parent & Me sessions. The program also hosts birthday parties that are promoted as being back at the gym and as a way to make memories that last a lifetime.
• Ages: 0–17 years old
• Schedule: Open 7 days a week for classes and team practice; office hours Monday 3:00pm–7:00pm, Tuesday–Thursday 9:30am–7:30pm, Friday 9:30am–6:00pm, Saturday–Sunday 9:00am–12:00pm
The stated mission of Freehold Elite Gymnastics is to provide a safe and happy environment in which children can increase their self confidence by developing their athletic ability. The mission explains that safety certified staff help children transfer thoughts and ideas into movement, starting with walking, running, skipping, and jumping, and that the program develops strength, speed, posture and body tension, flexibility, sense of rhythm, coordination, agility, muscular endurance, and static and dynamic balance. The mission also states that children are never asked to do anything too difficult for them, that positive reinforcement is the backbone of the program, and that the goal is to make each child feel important and special, with every child applauded for attempting new skills and leaving class feeling some sort of success.
