Synergy Martial Arts

Synergy Martial Arts offers traditional martial arts, Ving Tsun Kung Fu, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Krav Maga, and Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts. The program includes self-defense and street self-defense classes, sparring techniques, forms (katas), weapons classes, and sparring classes. Synergy Martial Arts also offers an 8-Week Street Self-defense class, a Little Champions Program, Street Self-Defense and S.A.F.E. Programs, and safety and self-defense seminars.

The Traditional Martial Arts program for youth and adults includes physical training, a confidence-building curriculum, effective self-defense, and a traditional Asian martial arts curriculum. The Little Champions Program is geared for children ages 3 to 6 and uses a monthly theme-based curriculum taught by expert child-friendly instructors in a fun, active format. Street Self-Defense, Krav Maga, and Ving Tsun Kung Fu classes are available for adults and teens, and the Street Self-Defense and S.A.F.E. Programs are geared towards young adults and adults interested in practical self-defense, using techniques based upon Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts and Krav Maga. The school offers a free introductory class and describes its training as affordable, family-friendly martial arts training with no contracts ever. Synergy Martial Arts also conducts safety and self-defense seminars for clubs and organizations either at its school or at the organization’s location.
