South Mountain YMCA Youth Programs offers School-Age Child Care, Youth Basketball, School's Out Vacation Camp, Beyond the Bell, Youth Theatre Production: How to Train Your Dragon Jr, Kids Night Out, Little Night Owls and Littliest Night Owls, KinderDucks Basketball: Girls, KinderDucks Basketball: Boys, and Ducks Basketball Fundamental Skills Academy: Boys and Girls 7U & 9U. Youth Theatre Production: How to Train Your Dragon Jr is for grades K-5, and no prior experience is necessary. Kids Night Out includes pizza dinner, and School's Out Vacation Camp is available on days when Public Schools are closed.

- Beyond the Bell — After-school enrichment program coordinated by the South Mountain YMCA in partnership with the South Orange Maplewood School District.
- Youth Theatre Production: How to Train Your Dragon Jr — Grades K-5. · No prior experience is necessary.
- Kids Night Out — Pizza dinner included.
- Little Night Owls (3-6yrs) & Littliest Night Owls (8mths-3yrs) — 3-6yrs and 8mths-3yrs. · Parents go out, while the kids stay in.
- KinderDucks Basketball: Girls — For ages 18 and under. · Structured to provide consistent, low-pressure playing opportunities.
- KinderDucks Basketball: Boys — For ages 18 and under. · Structured to provide consistent, low-pressure playing opportunities.
- Ducks Basketball Fundamental Skills Academy: Boys and Girls 7U & 9U — 7U and 9U. · For players who are newer to basketball or still building their foundational skills.
