Albany Rowing Center Youth Programs offers several rowing options for young people, including Youth Learn-To-Row, Youth Summer Camp, a Youth Program, and a Varsity Team. Youth Learn-To-Row and Youth Summer Camp accept participants with no rowing experience, while the Youth Program is for experienced rowers only and the Varsity Team is for experienced athletes competing at a high level. The organization also runs related programs such as Get Fit to Row, Adult Learn-to-row I and II, and a Masters Program for experienced rowers.

• Ages: 12–18 years old
• Schedule: Youth Learn-To-Row meets Tuesday–Thursday from 4–6:30pm in 8-week sessions; Youth Summer Camp runs Monday–Friday from 9am–Noon in one-week sessions; the Youth Program meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in 10-week seasons; the Varsity Team meets Monday–Saturday in 10-week seasons; additional adult and masters programs run in 4-week or 10-week formats across Winter I, Winter II, Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons
• Price: Youth Learn-To-Row is $250 per 8-week session; Youth Summer Camp is $275 per week; the Youth Program is $450 per 10-week season; the Varsity Team is $750 per 10-week season; Get Fit to Row is $200 for 4 weeks with 3 practices per week; Adult Learn-to-row I and II are each $250 for 4 weeks with 3 practices per week; the Masters Program ranges from $450 to $750 per 10-week season depending on number of weekly practices; Annual Membership is $295 per year and is required to participate in the Masters Program or to store a private boat.
