Buffalo Scholastic Rowing Association Youth Programs offers opportunities for participants to row and kayak. The programs take place through a membership-based, community educational and recreational facility, and activities are centered around the art of rowing.

Buffalo Scholastic Rowing Association is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and serves as an umbrella organization to several association organizations, including Canisius High School, Buffalo Seminary, RowBuffalo, WeCanRow-Buffalo, and BSRA Youth. Its mission states that Buffalo Scholastic Rowing Association promotes teamwork and leadership among other lifelong skills centered around the art of rowing. The organization welcomes youth and adults of all abilities from all over Western New York to row and kayak on the Buffalo River. The leadership team includes Mairead Donnelly, Director of Facilities and Operations, and Miles Schwartz, Head Coach and Program Director.
