Historic Palace Theatre Theatre School takes place in the Historic Palace Theatre, a Western New York landmark that features a center mural depicting Literature seated at her throne, with Music on the right and Tragedy on the left. The theatre interior also includes a left side mural called “Spring Song,” a right side mural called “Playtime,” and an old gold dome with 150 lights.

• Schedule: Box office hours are Monday–Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm, and doors open 1 hour prior to showtime for live events.

The Palace Theatre opened on July 18, 1925, and Historic Palace Inc. became a non-profit in 2003. Historic Palace Inc. is a community-based organization dedicated to maintaining the historic and architectural integrity of this Western New York landmark while providing a venue for the performing arts and a center for arts education. Built in 1925, the theatre has been described as a beacon for the arts and entertainment and underwent a multi-million dollar restoration project over 4 years. The Palace Theatre is owned and operated by Historic Palace Theatre Inc., a non-profit organization formed by members of the Lockport community, and Historic Palace Inc. is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

The leadership team includes Christopher Parada as Executive Director and R. Scott DeLuca as President. Additional leadership roles include LeeMarie Cushman as Vice President, Sue Glynn as Treasurer, and Dawn Keough as Secretary, with Phil Czarnecki listed as Past President. Board members are Rebecca Wilson, Roberta Donovan, and Marietta Schrader. Operations and management roles include Rachel Maziarz as Business Director, Ryan Henneberger as Company Manager, Rosanne Stanley as Box Office Manager, Cameron Landry as Facility Manager, Rich Zapp as Front of House Manager, Kim Leo Kerrigan as Costume Designer, and Blake McKeown in Maintenance.
