Ashland Family YMCA Gymnastics & Ninja Challenge includes gymnastics skills such as cartwheels, pullovers, rolls, handstands, round offs, hip circles, straddle and squat on vault, bridge kickovers, handstand treefall vault mats, back handsprings, front handsprings, walkovers, mill circles on bars, sole circles on bars, handstands on beam, and cartwheels on beam. The program also offers Ninja Challenge activities with obstacle courses in a ninja warrior style that combine tumbling, obstacle course training, freestyle movement, and open play on the equipment. Classes include options such as Gym Explorers, Tumble Tots, Kindergym, Beginners, Intermediate, Pro Rec, Pre-Team, Team Levels 2–7, Jr. Ninja Classes, Pee-Wee Gymnastics Camps, and Busy Bees, with some classes using vault, bars, beam, and vault mats.
